Legacy Dinner @ La Lomita Ranch

Join us at our table for a beautiful evening of Spanish elegance as we celebrate our inaugural dinner at La Lomita Ranch. Exuding the refinement of California Romantica, this property will take us back in time... 


Explore the beautiful grounds as you make your way to La Lomita's new open air Pavilion, framed by palm fronds, Spanish olive trees and views of the picturesque grounds. Don't forget to feed a carrot to the local residents as you explore the historic stables, once home to famed Arabian horses. 


Following the welcome reception, we will sit down in the Pavilion to an unforgettable four course farm-to-table dinner prepared by celebrated Chef Rachel Ponce, thoughtfully paired with the beautiful wines of Top Winery.


It will truly be a night to remember... as we build our future legacy! 

Dinner Partners

 Chef Rachel is the private chef and owner of Pair with Chef Rachel based in Paso Robles, CA. She is also the “Recipe Developer” for Edible SLO Magazine. 


Rachel specializes in wine and food pairings that takes your vision, theme and favorite ingredients and totally transitions them into something unique and custom. 


Rachel moved to Paso Robles in 2017 and began to explore local food and wine. After reading pairing articles and books it was her goal to come up with how to pair the "right" way… not the textbook way. She discovered by using contrasting flavors, you enhance the wine and food, the flavors don't compete and create a perfect harmony.   

 Husband and wife team; Stanley Barrios (winemaker) and Elena Martinez (partner in crime) started TOP in 2014 after an obsession with wine and a desire to make something they could call their own.  


Stanley and Elena produce Rhône varietal wines from some of the most sought after vineyards in the central coast. With high attention to detail, their wines are crafted to deliver balance, structure, pleasure and complexity. 


The operation is small but the passion is big.

    Originally a farm that spanned 700 acres, La Lomita Ranch was first developed by Princess Marieta and Prince Zourab. Hailing from the Spanish island of Mallorca, the enchanting Marieta earned international acclaim for breeding Arabian horses here. 


It was Princess Marieta who sparked the flame of California Romantica at La Lomita Ranch. Exquisitely beautiful with an understated elegance and charming guests with a promise of romance and the echo of nostalgia.
