Due to the nature of our dinners, we are unable to offer refunds. However, all seats are transferable! You are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information.
Purchased tickets are dinner-specific, and can not be transferred to another dinner.
In the case of a dinner being postponed due to circumstances beyond Table & Vine Supper Club’s control, we will reschedule and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date. If a guest is unable to attend the rescheduled dinner, Table & Vine Supper Club will issue a full refund for the original purchase amount.
All of our dinners take place rain or shine. For dinners hosted in the early spring or winter, the event will be held in a barn, tented/covered area or indoors. Be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately.
We recommend "Wine Country Casual" for our dinners.
But please note: dinners take place in a variety of different locations and settings. Please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable shoes. It often gets chilly in the evening (even after a warm day) so please come prepared with a jacket.
An email will be sent to you one week prior to your dinner with additional details and recommendations for your specific event location.
Guests must be 21+ to attend. IDs will be checked upon arrival.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited enjoyment, we respectfully ask that no children attend our dinners.
We all love our fur babies! But we kindly ask that you leave your dogs at home for this special evening.
Due to the nature of our dinners, we are only able to accommodate limited dietary requests. Detailed menus are posted for each of our scheduled dinners. Please review prior to purchasing tickets.
Please let us know when checking out if anyone in your party has food allergies we should be aware of. Dietary restrictions received within 48 hours of a dinner will likely not receive the planned substitutions for the requested courses.
You will receive an email from us about one week prior to your event with directions to the event location, finalized event details, and helpful hints on what to wear and what to bring.
