Join us for an unforgettable dining experience as we bring the pages of Edible SLO Magazine’s Summer issue to life next to the iconic Morro Bay Rock.
The evening’s menu will be curated by Chef Matthew Roberts, showcasing locally sourced ingredients from Grassy Bar Oyster Company and some of the finest that the Central Coast has to offer.
Each course will be perfectly paired with the handcrafted, artisanal wines from Epoch Estate Wines as we dine at sunset with views of Morro Bay.

EPOCH WINERY
York Mountain Appalachian
Epoch was founded on a simple philosophy, to strive to make wines that are delicious and complex, seriously fun to drink, interestingly iconoclastic, seductively hedonistic, thought provoking and hopefully, most importantly, memory making. In a short time, they have quickly developed a big reputation for small production, hand-crafted, artisanal wines with abundant personalities. They produce estate-grown Rhone, Zinfandel, and Tempranillo varietals.
Passionate, dedicated, and not afraid to push the envelope, Winemaker, Jordan Fiorentini, brings an enthusiastic and experienced spirit to Epoch. Her palate is the kind wine lovers dream of and one that speaks to Jordan through shapes. In addition to writing about each wine, Jordan lets her artistic side shine through drawing visual interpretations of her wines’ palates. She has been fortunate enough to receive many outstanding accolades during her tenure at Epoch. Most recently, Jordan was peer-nominated 2021 Winemaker of The Year for San Luis Obispo County.
City of Morro Bay
Morro Bay's most distinctive and recognizable landmark, Morro Rock stands 576 feet tall and is perched on the edge of the Pacific Ocean at the mouth of our harbor. It is home to nesting Peregrine Falcons and is part of a chain of nine volcanic peaks that extend from San Luis Obispo to Morro Bay known as the Nine Sisters. Morro Rock, now a CA state Historic Landmark, was formed about 23 million years ago from the plug of a long-extinct volcano.
